01 · What Frame is

Frame offers a Free Preview, a one-time $19 Photo Decision Brief, and a one-time $49 Reshoot Repair Kit for men using dating apps. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge.

The Photo Decision Brief helps choose a lead photo, cut weak photos, identify missing shot types, and plan the next fixes. The Reshoot Repair Kit adds 3-4 Repair Cards with watermarked Reference Images and practical Shooting Plans. Reference Images are planning material for real photographs you take with a real camera; they are not permission to AI-fake your dating profile.

02 · Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older. We confirm this at checkout for paid orders and require the same standard for free audits. Account access may be denied if eligibility is in question.

Frame is provided in English only and is intended for residents of jurisdictions where it is lawful to provide. By purchasing, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

03 · AI references are not for profile upload

Every AI-generated reference image carries a visible watermark and a diagonal pattern. The images are intended as visual reference for your real reshoot. They are not licensed for upload to any dating platform, social network, professional profile, or anywhere else where they could be presented as a real photograph of you.

Uploading watermarked or unwatermarked AI references to a dating profile likely violates that platform's terms of service and may constitute misrepresentation under applicable consumer-protection laws. Frame disclaims all liability for misuse. Your account may be terminated without refund if we observe or are notified of such use.

04 · Payment, refunds, and chargebacks

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, or by another configured checkout provider when a fallback is active. Frame does not store, transmit, or have direct access to your card, PayPal, or other payment credentials.

All sales are final. Frame does not offer refunds. The decision brief, Repair Cards, Reference Images, and Shooting Plans are instant planning deliverables, not a match guarantee or refund mechanism.

Chargebacks initiated through your card issuer will be evaluated on the merits. Fraudulent chargebacks (e.g. claiming non-receipt where account access logs show successful audit completion) may be disputed and reported.

05 · Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. By uploading, you grant Frame a limited, non-transferable licence to process your photos for the sole purpose of generating your preview, decision brief, Repair Cards, Reference Images, and Shooting Plans, and to store them privately until automatic deletion (see Privacy).

You do not grant Frame any right to use your photographs to train AI models. Frame does not, and contractually commits not to, train any model on customer photographs.

AI-generated Reference Images and written planning material are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial planning use. The watermark must remain visible in any redistribution of the renders.

06 · Limitations of liability

Frame is provided on an 'as is' basis. Outcomes on third-party dating platforms depend on factors beyond our control, including platform algorithms, your bio, your messaging, and the quality of your real reshoot.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frame's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the audit. Frame is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

07 · Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the AI references, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may stop using the service at any time; data retention is governed by the Privacy policy.

These Terms survive termination to the extent required to protect Frame's rights.

08 · Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts serving the operator's principal place of business, unless applicable law requires another forum.

09 · Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. Continued use of Frame after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
