Privacy policy.

What Frame collects, how it is used, and when it disappears. Plain language. Last updated June 2026.

01 · What we collect

Account: your email address from Google sign-in or payment handoff. Frame does not collect or store your address, phone number, or government ID.

Audit content: the photographs or profile screenshots you upload, the survey responses you submit (city, dating apps, age band, optional goals text), and the AI-generated outputs derived from them (diagnosis, decision brief, Repair Cards, watermarked Reference Images, and Shooting Plans).

Operational: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) used for security and debugging. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

02 · What we do with it

Your photographs are processed to generate your diagnosis, decision brief, Repair Cards, watermarked Reference Images, and Shooting Plans. Processing happens on our servers and through OpenAI's vision and image-generation APIs. Photographs are sent to OpenAI under their no-training-by-default API terms; we do not opt in to training.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies that process personal data for their own purposes.

Aggregated, non-identifying metrics (e.g. 'X% of audits completed within 7 days') may be published in marketing or product writing.

03 · No model training

Frame contractually commits not to use your photographs, the AI references generated from them, or any derivative material to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model — ours or anyone else's. This commitment survives account closure.

04 · Retention and deletion

Uploaded photographs and generated renders are automatically deleted 24 hours after upload or generation. The written decision brief and Shooting Plans stay in your account for 12 months so you can re-download them.

Your account row remains accessible after media deletion so you can log in, but deleted images are not recoverable. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing daniel@framedating.com; we will action within 30 days.

If you want permanent copies of the renders or brief, download them before their retention window closes.

05 · Security

Photographs are stored in private object storage with row-level access controls; only your authenticated session can access your audit. Transport is TLS-only. We do not store payment card data; Lemon Squeezy or the active checkout provider handles payment credentials for paid orders.

We follow reasonable industry practice but cannot guarantee absolute security. Notify daniel@framedating.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

06 · Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict processing of, or delete your personal data. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent.

Exercise these rights by emailing daniel@framedating.com. We respond within 30 days. The legal basis for our processing is performance of the contract you entered into when you purchased the audit; for marketing emails (none currently sent), it would be your consent.

07 · Your rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of any sale or sharing (Frame does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

Exercise these rights by emailing daniel@framedating.com.

08 · Children

Frame is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so, contact daniel@framedating.com and we will delete the account.

09 · International transfers

Frame operates as a remote software service. Service providers (Lemon Squeezy, PayPal when used as a fallback, Supabase, OpenAI, Resend, Vercel) may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using Frame you consent to such transfers, which are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

10 · Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date. For all privacy questions or rights requests, write to daniel@framedating.com. Frame is operated as an independent software service.
