Frame sells one-time planning deliverables: the $19 Photo Decision Brief and the $49 Reshoot Repair Kit. Once your diagnosis, Repair Cards, Reference Images, or Shooting Plans are generated, the work is done. We don’t offer refunds. Last updated June 2026.

01 · Why no refunds

The cost of running your diagnosis, identity-preserved render generation, and planning write-up is incurred at the moment you submit your photos. By the time you have something to evaluate, the work is non-recoverable.

Pricing the product as a $19 Photo Decision Brief and a $49 Reshoot Repair Kit reflects this. We charge once, deliver the self-serve planning material, and end the transaction.

02 · What you get instead

A compact deliverable: the Free Preview shows the first decision point, the $19 Photo Decision Brief gives the lineup calls and Fix Queue, and the $49 Reshoot Repair Kit adds 3-4 Repair Cards with watermarked Reference Images and Shooting Plans.

This is post-purchase value, not a refund mechanism. There is no cash-return component tied to it. Uploaded photos and generated renders are short-lived; the written brief remains available for re-download for 12 months.

03 · Operational exceptions

Genuinely failed deliveries are handled as recovery work first: we will restore the pipeline path or re-run the failed delivery. This is not a satisfaction-refund policy.

Duplicate purchases are operational reversals. If you accidentally pay twice for the same audit, write in and we will reverse the duplicate charge.

Anything else is a chargeback conversation, not a product refund conversation.

04 · Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer, we will respond on the merits. We retain the right to dispute chargebacks where the audit was successfully delivered and the account shows access to the renders and brief.
